About the Role
- Business Plan Process and Business Plan Packages (Expenses, Financial Statements, RBC, Taxation, etc.)
- Manage and coordinate for Business Plan Process in term of progress monitoring and timeliness schedule.
- Ensure that Business Plan Packages are presented in accordance with Management request (Presentation).
- Ensure that Business Plan Packages are prepared properly and accurate.
- Ensure that Business Plan Packages are provided the necessary working paper and analysis (Completeness).
- Monthly Analysis Report by DC
- Agency, Weekly Budget Expense Realization Monitoring,
- Monthly Expense Report by Dept. (Budget vs Actual),
- Monthly Budget versus Actual Expense Commentary, Daily Budget Controls, and Others).
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in related area (Budgeting & Reporting area)
With experience 2-3 years in leading team.
Project management skills with the ability to lead in a fast-paced team environment within given deadlines.
Experience in the mining industry is preferred.
