About the Role
• Provide legal advice and representation to international clients on various legal matters including cross-border transactions, international trade, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with international clients and referral sources to generate new business and expand the firm's international practice.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and business development to develop and implement effective legal strategies for international clients.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in international law and regulations and advise clients accordingly.
• Attend meetings and negotiations with international clients and counterparts.
• Participate in business development activities, such as speaking at conferences, and networking events
Requirements
• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree graduate majoring in Law, and also holds Lawyer Certification.
• Must have a minimum of 10 years of working experience in Indonesia (but, open for someone in Singapore or Australia).
• A Law Firm background is a must.
• Has experience leading foreign transactions and giving legal advice.
• Has an understanding of the Indonesian market.
