About the Role
- Manage and review day-to-day activities on accounts and finance.
- Establishing financial business/operational processes by developing and implementing systems/databases for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting accounting information.
- Create a proper internal control within the company by examining and evaluating the cost-efficiency of each division/department of the company, in light of what percentage of the company’s financial resources each division consumes.
- Support management planning and decision-making by identifying, maintaining and evaluating information, and recommending actions. In this function, you’re expected to provide senior management/executive leadership with analysis and advice regarding how to most effectively utilize the company’s financial resources to increase profitability and grow the company at an optimal rate, while avoiding putting the company at serious financial risk.
Requirements
Deep subject matter expertise in finance, especially accounting, FP&A, and treasury
Minimum of 5-8 years experience in financial/commercial finance/FP&A
Strong knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian finance/accounting/tax regulations
Strong analytical abilities combined with a pragmatic approach
Dedicated, hands-on, and a results-driven personality
Effective communicator who can confidently present critical information to management
Proficiency in English is a big plus as the candidate is required to communicate with foreign client
Well-versed in analyzing complex data and creative in finding solutions to fundamental issues.
