- Actively implement strategic HR initiatives such as succession planning and staff retention programs for the Company and within the department as and when appropriate.
- Enhance the working relationships between management & employees via different employee engagement & continuous improvement programs to create better lives & welfare for employees.
- Improve an adequate Talent Management process, Employee Culture, and Organisation Development promptly.
Requirements
Min. Bachelor's degree in human resources management/legal/psychology or related fields.
Proven experience in the leadership role of Talent Acquisition and Business Partner minimum for 5 years.
Experience with HR tools and recruiting software.
Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objective.
In-depth knowledge of HR processes, employment legislation and regulations.
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
Exceptional people management and communication skills
HR certifications are highly preferred.
