About the Role
- Setup marketing strategies, systems and processes to achieve company goals
- Manage the marketing team and other internal stakeholders to align to the business strategy
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns for both offline and online channels
- Guide the social media team to implement and communicate
- Forecast and plan/review and report on performance of all marketing activities and campaigns and assess against goals and budgets
- Provide Reporting and Analysis including gathering of market intelligence and researches to gain customer insights
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for all marketing activities
- Set, monitor and report on team goals
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
Requirements
3 years experience as Lead Marketing
Work experience as Digital Marketing, Marketing Communication, Brand, and/or Growth Marketing preferably within our industry/tech industry
Experience running marketing campaigns (offline & online)
Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
Detail-oriented, excellent follow through, ability to multitask, manage projects and workflow
Excellent verbal communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal and presentations skills.
Motivated, self-starter, independent problem-solver & resourceful
Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
