About the Role
- Responsible for new product developments --- working closely with the focus dedicated multidisciplinary and well diverse team.
- Conduct comprehensive and standardized New Product Development (NPD) Projects from end-to-end process including research, design, sensory, and evaluation until commercialization monitoring.
- Road map NPD: to align with company’s vision, business plan, and strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree chemical engineering or Food Technology.
Having experience Min 5 year on frozen food
Having knowledge about ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP & 5R, testing Lab.
Having understanding of the product trial & costing process
Having deep understanding of product formulation
Target Oriented
Can work carefully and meticulously
