About the Role
- Identifying new borrowers and manage the borrower on-boarding procedure.
- Build new borrower pipeline to achieve monthly on-boarding volume and value targets.
- Manage borrower relationship before, during and after the funding process.
- Identifying potential new partner and developing new accounts in Indonesia.
- Develop partner/client proposals and structure commercial arrangements.
- Run meetings with potential client and facilitate up to contracting phase.
- Ensure legally binding commercial agreements are in place.
- Establish and maintain client relationships.
- Any other revenue generating activities according to the Business Plan.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required skill(s): Financial analyst, sales
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
